Code of Ethics

Our code of ethics we take as our commitment to the respect of the general cultural and civilizational values ​​that have characterized our employees in any part of the organizational culture, especially executives, and with which we want to meet our potential customers and future employees.

As a rational and very pragmatic organization we do not believe that for the Code of Ethics is necessary to prepare a special comprehesive study.  We rather like to emphasize the most important values ​​that guide us in our daily work and relations with clients, which belong among everything that is included in the integrity of an individual or an organization

  1. Respect regulations, standards and agreements
    Compliance with applicable regulations and prohibition of circumvention in any way, the absolute imperative in the performance of all activities. The system of internal control will not allow the unconscionable treatment of the assets of the client and the arbitrary skipping of contractual activities.
     
  2. Prohibition of corruption
    Each non-transparent and illegal means of gaining revenue, as each receipt which would aim to immoral and illegal acquisition benefits the company, the employee or a third party will surely be penalized regardless of the possible negative financial effects on the company.
     
  3. Prohibition of discrimination
    Cultured relationship among employees, professional dealings with customers, high personal neatness and high competence of dealing with others regardless of their ideological, sexual, racial, age or economic status is the mandatory rule for the selection of our employees and especially managerial staff.
     
  4. Maintain confidentiality of information
    All information that is internally designated as confidential, as well as all internal personal data and information that our employees learn in touch with the client and its employees are considered to be commercially confidential information and their retelling and dissemination prohibited.
     
  5. The conduct in personal contacts
    Using vulgar expressions in written and oral communication, nervous and violent verbal performance, threats and raising voice by any employee or manager, deliberately spreading rumors, coaxing other employees or clients on malpractice, participation in the quarrels and pushing internally or with third parties , chronic or acute problems with alcohol, are all reasons for getting a serious warning and rapid termination of employment.

Failure to comply with these provisions, we consider as harming the reputation and business of our company, and as such will inevitably be quickly recognized and sanctioned in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
